Invest in the right containers. Glass or Silicone is best for storing and freezing. While they have a higher price point, they are safe to reheat and store and will last much longer than plastic containers.
Gratitude – mind and body go hand in hand. This week focus on active gratitude for what your body is capable of doing right now, at this moment. Often, we get so focused on future goals or past expectations that we forget how incredible our body is and the capabilities it has right now. Practice gratitude before, during, and after your workouts, and see how the focus shift can propel your workouts.
