Don’t do it all on your own. Take advantage of grocery delivery or meal prep services when you’re in a rut — the Life Cafe provides perfect options to lean on because they provide healthy options you can grab and go.
Freeze leftovers. Save time the following week by freezing leftovers (that are still safe to consume) rather than throwing them away. Think extra veggies, fruits, or meals you didn’t finish.
Count backward. Switch it up and find new motivation in a small way. Rather than counting from the bottom up when completing reps – consider counting from the top down. The shift in mindset will change the challenge mindset to reward.
