INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 4 scoops Life Time Whey, vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mux until combined. The batter should be a sticky, thick consistency.
  2. Place mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove, and form 1” inch balls. Store in the refrigerator.
