Freezer Meals – 3 Ways

DIRECTIONS

To freeze:

  1. Label freezer bag with the name of recipe, cooking instructions and “use-by” date.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Push as much air from the bag as possible, seal, and lay flat in freezer for up to three months.

To cook:

  1. Move freezer bag to your refrigerator to thaw the night before cooking.
  2. The day of cooking, pour contents of freezer bag into crockpot and cook on “low” setting for 8 hours or until beef is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
