After experiencing tragedy and turning to food for comfort, Brenda had had enough. Competing in two back-to-back Challenges helped Brenda lose weight, and more importantly, regain her confidence.
I have an increased confidence in myself and what I can accomplish. I am physically and emotionally stronger, turning to exercise rather than food to deal with stress. You bet I will be taking on the next 60-Day Challenge! I still have so much to accomplish and I am excited to see where this next 60-Day takes me. I vow to challenge myself to become even stronger both mentally and physically.
