Every Tuesday or Saturday

Check-in with a trainer weekly to see what kind of progress you’re achieving. Optional weigh–ins can be conducted with a Personal Trainer immediately before or after the Try–It Tuesday or Sampler Saturday event each week to have results displayed on the online progress tracker.
