I started the 60-Day Challenge after going home to the UK and putting on some unwanted pounds. I focused mainly on my eating habits, picking up some great information from the nutrition staff in the club. My team kept me focused throughout, and without their support I wouldn’t have made it to the end in the top bracket!
The most useful event was the fantastic Pilates class taught at Sugarloaf by Paola.
I look forward to the next 60-Day Challenge and will be tackling the Transformation Challenge!
