Cookie Dough Balls

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 ½ Tbsp mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut and salt. In a separate bowl, combine syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract and coconut oil and add to dry mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into tablespoon-size balls. Store in the refrigerator.
