INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbs. lime juice
- 2 tbs. chopped cilantro
- ΒΌ cup salsa (no sugar added)
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Scoop avocado into large bowl (discard peel and seed), and mash with fork.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill for 30 minutes to blend flavors (optional)
