INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup walnuts or almonds or cashews
  • 1 serving Life Time Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup rolled oats, gluten-free
  • 1 tbs. molasses
  • ¾ tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground allspice
  • Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak dates for 5 to 10 minutes in hot water. Drain and add to food processor.
  2. Combine all ingredients, excluding oats, into food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Add oats and pulse until combined.
  4. Transfer to small bowl and roll into 1½-inch balls.
  5. Store in refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
