Gingerbread Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup walnuts or almonds or cashews
- 1 serving Life Time Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup rolled oats, gluten-free
- 1 tbs. molasses
- ¾ tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground allspice
- Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Soak dates for 5 to 10 minutes in hot water. Drain and add to food processor.
- Combine all ingredients, excluding oats, into food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add oats and pulse until combined.
- Transfer to small bowl and roll into 1½-inch balls.
- Store in refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
