  • 1 scoop Life Time vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½  small banana
  • 1 cup organic baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ cup Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Throw all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
