INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/2 tsp. each vanilla extract and almond extract
  • 1 Tbs. almond butter
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup instant rolled oats
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. each ginger and nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 Tbs. brown sugar replacement (erythritol or stevia)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on low, stopping to turn the mixture until smooth.
