Oatmeal Cream Pie Shake

- 1/3 banana
- 1/2 tsp. each vanilla extract and almond extract
- 1 Tbs. almond butter
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup instant rolled oats
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. each ginger and nutmeg
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3-5 ice cubes
- Optional: 1 Tbs. brown sugar replacement (erythritol or stevia)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend on low, stopping to turn the mixture until smooth.
