Roasted Sweet & Spicy Almonds

Opt for a handful of these sweet homemade nuts that come with a punch.
- 2 cups raw whole almonds
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne powder
- 2 oranges, zested
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Preheat oven to 325° Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In large bowl, combine almonds, coconut oil, paprika, cayenne and salt and spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so—be sure they do not burn!
- Cool and toss with orange zest.
