  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 serving  Life Time vanilla protein
  • 1 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 date
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 4-5 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Throw all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
