Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 2 oz. goat cheese
  • 2 tbs. pine nuts
  • 1 tsp. honey to drizzle

Directions

  1. Slice dates lengthwise and remove the pit.
  2. Spoon goat cheese into each date.
  3. Press pine nuts into goat cheese.
  4. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!

Dark Chocolate Nut Butter

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 4 tbs. almond butter
  • 2 tbs. dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt to sprinkle

Directions

  3. Melt chocolate in microwave in 10-second increments to ensure it doesn’t burn.
  4. Drizzle stuffed dates with chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until chocolate sets and enjoy!
