- 8 Medjool dates
- 2 oz. goat cheese
- 2 tbs. pine nuts
- 1 tsp. honey to drizzle
Directions
- Slice dates lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Spoon goat cheese into each date.
- Press pine nuts into goat cheese.
- Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
Dark Chocolate Nut Butter

- 4 tbs. almond butter
- 2 tbs. dark chocolate chips
- Sea salt to sprinkle
Directions

- Drizzle stuffed dates with chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
