- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 ½ tsp garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 4 tsp hot sauce
- In a large pot, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain grease.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
