INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 4 tsp hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
