  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans, divided
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 servings Life Time vanilla collagen peptides
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries

  4. Cut banana into slices and line the bottom of your baking sheet. Evenly pour dry oat mixture over top. Pour liquid ingredients overtop slowly so all dry mix is fully covered.
