Bodyweight Squat

Primary Muscles   |   Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings

Equipment   |   Bodyweight


  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, fold arms across chest.
  2. Bending hips and knees, sit back into a squat until thighs are parallel with floor. Keep back straight and knees and toes pointed in same direction. Knees should not extend beyond toes.
  3. Stand up to return to starting position.
