STEPS
- Squat and grab stirrups attached to two low cable pulleys. Stand upright on platform between pulleys with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend forward at hips until hands almost reach feet. Bend knees slightly and keep back straight.
- Extend hips until standing upright in starting position. Pull shoulders back at top of lift. Repeat.
