Cable Romanian Deadlift

STEPS

  1. Squat and grab stirrups attached to two low cable pulleys. Stand upright on platform between pulleys with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend forward at hips until hands almost reach feet. Bend knees slightly and keep back straight.
  3. Extend hips until standing upright in starting position. Pull shoulders back at top of lift. Repeat.
