STEPS

  1. Stand facing cable machine, hold rope attached to overhead pulley with palms facing each other.
  2. Starting with rope near upper chest, keep elbows stationary and pull rope downward until arms are fully extended and palms face floor.
  3. Return to starting position. Repeat.
