Cable Seated Row, Straight Back

STEPS

  1. Sit on bench leaning forward with knees slightly bent. Hold close-grip cable attachment with palms facing each other.
  2. Pull attachment to just under chest while straightening lower back, pulling shoulders backward and lifting chest.
  3. Return until arms and shoulders are extended. Repeat.
