- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart between two low cable pulleys. Hold stirrups in each hand with arms straight.
- Bending hips and knees, sit back into a squat until thighs are parallel with floor. Keep back straight and knees and toes pointed in same direction. Knees should not extend beyond toes.
- Stand up to starting position. Repeat.
