Cable Squat

Primary Muscles   |   Quads, Glutes, Hamstring

Equipment   |   Machine


  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart between two low cable pulleys. Hold stirrups in each hand with arms straight.
  2. Bending hips and knees, sit back into a squat until thighs are parallel with floor. Keep back straight and knees and toes pointed in same direction. Knees should not extend beyond toes.
  3. Stand up to starting position. Repeat.
