Cable Step Up

Primary Muscles   |   Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings

Equipment   |   Machine, Step/Box


  1. Position short box and tall box near low cable pulley. Grab stirrup with one or both hands. Put one foot on short box and other foot on tall box.
  2. Step up on tall box with leading leg followed by second leg.
  3. Step down with second leg followed by leading leg.
  4. Repeat with opposite leg.
