STEPS
- Position short box and tall box near low cable pulley. Grab stirrup with one or both hands. Put one foot on short box and other foot on tall box.
- Step up on tall box with leading leg followed by second leg.
- Step down with second leg followed by leading leg.
- Repeat with opposite leg.
