Dumbbell Chest Press

Primary Muscles   |   Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Equipment   |   Dumbbell, Bench

STEPS

  1. Lie on bench with arms fully extended and dumbbells above chest.
  2. Slowly lower dumbbells to just outside of shoulders by bending elbows, keeping forearms perpendicular to ground.
  3. Return to starting position. Repeat.
