Dumbbell Fly

Primary Muscles   |   Chest, Shoulders

Equipment   |   Dumbbell, Bench


  1. Lie on bench holding dumbbells with arms extended above chest.
  2. Keeping elbows slightly bent, bring dumbbells out to sides, keeping hands slightly below shoulders.
  3. Return to starting position. Repeat.
