STEPS

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold medicine ball with both hands above one another.
  2. Keeping back straight, swing medicine ball downward across body toward outside opposite knee
  3. Return to starting position. Repeat
  4. Continue on opposite side.
