STEPS

  1. Lie sideways with upper back on bench as shown. Grab one dumbbell with both hands and hold over chest.
  2. Keeping elbows slightly bent, lower dumbbell over head until upper arms are parallel to floor.
  3. Return to starting position. Repeat.
