Stability Ball Crunch

STEPS

  1. Sit on exercise ball, then walk feet forward and recline until back is on top of ball. Put hands behind head or cross arms across chest.
  2. Keeping lower back on ball, crunch upward as high as you can.
  3. Return to starting position. Repeat.
