An educational and entertaining nutrition-based seminar put on by our nutritional team lead or weight loss coach. This seminar will guide you to a new perspective of eating and challenge the standard American diet by identifying what the human body was designed to consume, as well as some tools on how to get there. Whatever your goal for the Challenge, you’ll walk away with nutrition essentials and tools to get you started right.

Start the first week of the Challenge with some light interval training. Repeat the intervals circuit seven times, and don’t forget to start with a warm-up.
