Here’s what’s on deck today. Complete 4-6 sets of 8-12 reps, with a 75 second rest in between each set. For lower body exercises, add 5-10lbs. For upper body exercises, add 2-5lbs.
If you can comfortably do 5 sets of 12 with added weight, add in a tempo of 3-0-2-0.
