One of our newest Challenge events, this seminar is a highly requested event by past participants. Our Fitness Professionals see this as a “must-attend” event, as they go through the foundations of creating your strength training plan. Learn the do’s and don’ts of building a plan and gain valuable insight to help you reach your goals.
