WARM-UP

Active Metabolic Assessment warm up, or 10 minutes of full body cardio. Start easy, increase speed every 2 minutes.

Today’s cardio will be a LISS workout, or Low Intensity Steady State cardio.  During this workout, the goal is to keep your heart rate in the lower zones (1-3) to optimize fat-burning.
