Stay hydrated.
When you wake up in the morning your body is groggy, slightly dehydrated, and not performing at its peak. By hydrating first thing, you wake your body up, get your cells firing, and set yourself up to make great choices the rest of the day.
To increase your water intake each morning, fill your 40oz Takeya Water Bottle with one liter of cool to cold water and leave it next to your bed before you go to sleep. When you wake up, take a big gulp of water and sip over the next hour.
